A former architect and building contractor, Doug has worked the past 30 years as a residential and commercial real estate broker, establishing himself as a highly effective marketer and seller of new construction projects on behalf of developers. Part of the Pacific Union International team for over twenty years, Doug has extensive knowledge of new and resale residential sales, as well as construction and zoning guidelines. This diverse experience enables him to understand the challenges and potential of properties in ways that few other new home marketers do. Doug has applied his deep knowledge of product design, marketing strategy and sales techniques to the sales and marketing campaigns for various successful condominium developments.
