Hans is an expert in residential real estate and development. With special emphasis on new urban and in-fill condominium sales and marketing, condominium conversions and work-out solutions, he has delivered consulting services for major urban residential developments throughout the West Coast. Hans was formerly co-owner and Director of Sales for Pacific Marketing Associates (now Polaris Pacific), another firm focused on new construction residential sales. He previously owned and operated his own firm for over 20 years, specializing in resort and urban condominium sales and marketing. With over 40 years of hands-on experience, he has overseen successful sales and marketing for over 11,000 residences.
